Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! 

 

Job Details: 
Schedule: 7.30am to 6.30pm

Location: Sumter, SC

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $22/hr- $23.40/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.   

 

Description

·         Greet and room patients while preparing them for provider examinations and procedures.

·         Obtain and document patient medical histories, chief complaints, medications, allergies, and vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, height, weight, and oxygen saturation.

·         Perform preliminary patient assessments and accurately document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).

 

Required Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or GED required.

·         Current Medical Assistant Certification
