Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA state Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• New graduates not accepted.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Agency will provide reimbursement as arranged by the client.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Schedule requirements: Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:00 PM; clinic may offer 4x10 options.
• Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week.
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
