DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst in Englewood, CO.Summary:We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support strategic financial analysis, business performance, forecasting, and decision-making across a dynamic customer-focused organization. This role will leverage financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support initiatives designed to improve profitability and customer retention.The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong financial and business acumen who can analyze complex information, develop actionable recommendations, and effectively communicate findings to both business partners and senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:* Analyze financial and business data to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making* Build and maintain financial models to project and evaluate business and project performance, inform strategic decisions, and maximize profitability* Develop forecasts, reporting, and financial analyses in partnership with Finance and other business teams* Support initiatives designed to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value* Lead key business initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable results* Support the development and implementation of AI/ML-driven initiatives focused on identifying business opportunities, optimizing spend, and improving operational performance* Serve as a financial and analytical resource to the business, translating complex data into actionable recommendations* Develop and deliver presentations and insights to senior leadership, including VP and SVP-level stakeholdersRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, analytics, or a related field* Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models* Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyze data and extract insights from large datasets* Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization and business intelligence tools* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously* Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and other cross-functional business teamsJob TypeDirect HireCompensation95000 - $135000
