Substance Abuse Counselor

Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Needed! Position Overview Substance abuse counselor will be in charge of assisting patients through medically assisted treatments and offering techniques for handling opioid addiction. The counselor conducts individual and group sessions to assist with crisis management and coping strategies. The counselor will evaluate patients’ progress during counseling and collaborate with doctors, nurses and other counselors to help the patients achieve overall outcomes.
