Responsibilities

Are you a handy, detail-oriented individual who loves to keep things running smoothly? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team.

In this role you will support special projects focused on facility improvements, renovations, repairs, and enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of our nursing centers throughout the New Mexico market. Position Highlights

Facility & Grounds Care: Maintain building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Take proper care of all company tools and equipment.

Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, and geriatric chairs.

Systems Support: Assist with basic functions regarding electrical equipment, sprinkling systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and extinguishers. Change filters on HVAC equipment.

Logistics: Carry, lift, and stock supplies as needed.

Leadership & Coverage: Remain on-call 24 hours a day when assigned and assume supervisor s responsibilities in their absence.

Customer Service First: Ensure that our customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that respects individual needs and rights.

Qualifications

*High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and

carpentry.

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver s license to travel between work

sites as needed (travel reimbursement provided)

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
