Wilson County Memorial Hospital District in Floresville, TX seeks a full-time Medical Records Coder to assign ICD-9-CM/HCPCS codes and abstract data for DRG reimbursement. You will work under supervision, ensuring complete, accurate records.

Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, RHIT/RHIA/CCS certification preferred, and six months to one year related experience. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and hospital coding policies is essential.
