Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day business operations, including performance, billing, and PNL. Conduct weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, and provide one‑on‑one coaching and development for teammates as needed. Meet with senior management and clients to drive business growth and support operational excellence. Narrate interview and onboarding processes for Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts while cultivating department culture. Scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention. Ensure key performance indicators such as CSAT, AHT, and Resolution Rate are consistently met and use innovation to solve business problems. Requirements Two‑plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager, or seven‑plus years as an Operations Manager in a customer‑experience environment. BA/BS degree preferred.
