Job Title

Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room

Denver, Colorado

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a variety of elective surgical cases including Orthopedic, Spine, General, Cardiovascular, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology procedures
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 23-OR main operating room environment
• Operate and manage OR-specific equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
• Participate in on-call rotation with a required 30-minute response time
• Collaborate within a teamwork-focused environment prioritizing patient care and safety

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist; at least 6 months of current acute care CST hospital experience required
• Active NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification required
• Active DORA (Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies) Certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to meet on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Orthopedic and/or Spine surgical procedures
• Experience in Cardiovascular (CV) surgical procedures
