Overview
The Global Product Integration team partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure new Mastercard products and enhancements are ready for successful implementation and support globally. This role drives product readiness activities, develops scalable implementation and testing processes, creates delivery guidance and training, and helps ensure launches are executed with speed, quality, and consistency. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who can simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and build scalable processes that enable successful product adoption and operational excellence.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
