Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary : Earn between $82,000 - $94,000, reflecting your skills and experience. Clinical Excellence Pays Off : Earn between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly. RBT training provides more interaction and collaboration; including a RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.
