Positions available: 1 for a solo practice, 2 for a group, and an expansion to 5 physicians. Compensation: $170,000 to $180,000+ based on experience. Option 2: Outpatient Subacute Facility – Philadelphia, PA Permanent, full-time physician needed for a subacute outpatient facility. Interim locum coverage also required. Scope: 100% clinical, high patient acuity. Requirements: Board‑certified and actively practicing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday preferred; weekends optional.Low on‑call volume. Compensation: $170,000+ base salary with incentive potential up to $220,000+ total. Option 3: Two‑Physician Private Practice – Northern Philadelphia, PA Direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and nursing home settings. Coverage ratio 1:3.
