Our team of over 50 people specializes in FMCG and retail. Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, dm-drogerie markt, Bosch, and one of the leading companies in the entertainment industry, we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns, and digital products. We find new ways to combine creativity, data, and media.

Your role as Senior Social Consultant

You know social media not just – you live it. You recognize trends before they go viral. You know how big entertainment brands on TikTok, Instagram & Co. must sound to not cringe.

Most of your time belongs to one of the most well-known entertainment brands in the world – a client where social media takes place daily in real time. The rest you use to set new standards in agency-wide social-first thinking: on existing customers, in new business, wherever social is not yet at the level it should be.

What to expect from you

• Social directive: You define how a brand should appear on the relevant platforms and ensure that the team consistently implements it
• You are responsible for the quality of the social output: You review content, give feedback, and make sure that nothing goes out that is not in balance with platform logic, current zeitgeist, and the brand's positioning
• You also work hands-on: You understand the entire content cycle – from creative implementation to analytical reporting – and can speak on equal footing with our experts about it
• Senior-level customer consultation: You conduct meetings with clarity and attitude, can justify decisions technically, and can also push back when something does not work according to social logic
• Hand in hand with your social colleagues and all other teams, you ensure that all disciplines pull in the same direction – without taking ownership of them

What you bring with you

• You are genuinely chronically online: Platforms, zeitgeist, and trends – this is your natural habitat, not a work effort
• You have a pronounced sense of quality and like to give clear and constructive feedback
• You are used to working in complex structures: many contacts, high output, and fast pace do not scare you
• Experience with large brands that write social-first
• Entertainment and pop culture are your thing – you know how this space ticks on social and derive human insights from it
• Basic understanding of paid social, creator marketing, and reports helps you make informed statements

What rounds off your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of social media and content creation for (large) brands, ideally at a next gen agency or self-employed as a content creator
• Ideally, you live in Hamburg or Berlin and are flexible if travel to shooting locations is required
