Technician

We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our team, responsible for conducting basic site clean-up, including sweeping and moving construction debris. We value individuals with a great attitude and a strong work ethic, who are committed to showing up and working hard every day. Our projects are located around the Denver metro area, and we strive to ensure that the commute is 30 minutes or less from your home. This role may involve working on prevailing wage projects.

Pay rate: $20-23/hr.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic site clean-up tasks, such as sweeping and moving construction debris.
• Utilize hand and power tools for various site maintenance activities.
• Handle materials and manage site cleanliness efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures on site.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction or general labor.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform site clean-up and materials handling.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. The projects involve multifamily/affordable housing and small commercial projects, providing a diverse and engaging work environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
