This is a staffing recruiting role that can work out of our Los Angeles (El Segundo) or Orange County (Santa Ana/John Wayne Airport area) locations with our hybrid work model What you’ll do: Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.) Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients Build strong networks throughout assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups and using social media Responsible for assisting in the development of recruiters What you’ll need At least 1 year of Staffing Recruiting or high volume healthcare recruiting experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Competitive mindset Proven desire and ability to take initiative Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required SOUNDS GREAT, BUT HOW AM I EVALUATED Maintaining spread, or profit, by putting awesome talent to work Meeting weekly activity metrics What’s in it for you: Competitive salary + uncapped commission Hybrid Work Model Gym membership reimbursement Comprehensive staffing sales training and professional development program Competitive PTO, Mental Health Days 401(k) with employer matching Compensation Salary based on experience/talent (select compensation bands for this role are eligible for a guaranteed commission) commission + quarterly bonuses + account breaker percentages + stock! #J-18808-Ljbffr
