Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate in-home support to seniors throughout the KC Metro area.

Caregiver duties may include:

• Personal care assistance

• Mobility and transfer support

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Companionship and emotional support

• Transportation assistance

• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition

• Supporting client independence and quality of life

Every caregiver plays a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Active auto insurance

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass Missouri Family Care Safety Registry background screening

Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, DSP, or personal care aide is a plus — but we welcome motivated applicants ready to begin a rewarding caregiver career.
