Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing visitors with an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for. Educate guests about AE & Aerie products, making product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Adapt to different store zones, flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and support overall store objectives. Act with integrity and follow AEO's policies & procedures. You'd Be Great for This Role If You love interacting with people. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
