Under the direction of the Administrator I, Classification and Hiring, the incumbent focuses on providing quality customer service to all customers while independently performing varied and complex work on projects and assignments related to classification and hiring. Responsible for providing the full range of classification and hiring functions including interpreting and applying all pertinent state civil service laws, rules policies, procedures, and state and federal labor laws and guidelines related to classification and hiring.
