Teen Programs Lead — Regional Impact

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to develop, implement and supervise teen programs age 13-20 across multiple sites, including schools and community locations. The role requires coordinating with teen services staff, driving program quality, and managing resources and partnerships to expand teen programming statewide.
