Come work with top sales professionals at Sekisui House U.S. Inc. as a Sales Consulant and take your career and earning potential to the next level.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with customers Procure and follow up on sales leads for our communitiesNetwork with realtors and competitors Negotiate and close sales dealsComplete accurate and timely contract paperworkObtain and analyze market data critical for our communities to remain competitiveWillingness to work weekendsMaintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priorityRequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work weekends2 years’ of proven success in a commission sales environment; New Home and/or real estate sales preferred.Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationshipsAction oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closureProficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
