Project Management Specialist for AI System Evaluation

$70 - $110 per hour

Help evaluate and improve AI systems by applying practical project management expertise to AI-generated plans, workflows, and communications for technical and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assess AI-generated project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications, and related project artifacts for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI responses for planning rigor, feasibility of execution, and relevance to stakeholders.
Review project scenarios involving schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement, then provide expert feedback.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a Project Management Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a closely related role.
Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects.
Strong written English communication skills.

Work Terms

Remote, hourly engagement.
Immediate start.
Expected project length of approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Availability to commit at least 20 hours per week.

Compensation

$70 to $110 per hour.
Initial work is paid on a task basis after the first task is approved.
