Elwood Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our upcoming July class.

Customer Service Representative Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Respond professionally and efficiently to a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Guide customers through the warranty claims and resolution process
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products or services relevant to customer needs
• Accurately track and document customer interactions, inquiries, and order statuses
• Process customer payments securely and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a call center environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent alphanumeric data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word
• Must have strong internet
• Must live in the continental United States, Colorado is preferred
