Responsibilities Manages clinic operations and programs, including supervision of clinic operations employees and operational planning, initiative implementation and evaluation Works closely with directors to establish clinic operations strategies and ensure adherence to best practices on initiatives to meet university-wide goals and objectives Plans, organizes, and manages the work of staff initiating personnel actions including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, training, evaluating, performance management and corrective action Acts as a resource for other health professionals and drives to provide quality, cost-effective, and caring services Monitors changes in privacy regulations, ensures current policies and procedures are in compliance Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in health services or a related field (Required) Master's degree in health services or a related field (Preferred) 2 years of related experience in a health care or clinical setting Skills Proficient written and verbal communication skills Maintains a high degree of professionalism Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills Demonstrates a high commitment to quality Excellent organizational skills Excellent collaboration and team building skills Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback Instills commitment to organizational goals This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
