NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Show up on time, stay for your shift, and help out when needed. We're all about teamwork and keeping things running smoothly.

Make a Difference:

You'll provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily lives-hanging out, helping with activities, social skills, community outings, personal care, shopping, budgeting, and more. Every day you help someone grow.

Keep Things on Track:

Document activities, follow care plans, and make sure everyone's information stays accurate and confidential.

Build Relationships:

Work closely with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers. You'll become a trusted and positive presence in their lives.

Speak Up:

If something's not right-health concerns, incidents, or safety issues-you report it. You help protect the rights and wellbeing of every person you serve.

Health & Safety (Important but Easy to Learn!)

Healthcare Support:

You may go along to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. Don't worry-we train you!

Food Fun:

Help prep meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating.

Keep Spaces Safe & Clean:

Help maintain a welcoming environment-light cleaning, safety checks, and helping with seasonal chores.

Get Out in the Community:

You might drive individuals to fun outings, appointments, or errands-always safely and following the rules of the road!

The Basics

• Must be 18+ High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to complete required 2 week training
