Keep reading. ID Technology has several exciting roles in the Fort Worth, TX location. We are seeking a Press Assistant for our 1st shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work. Are you intrigued about this work? Assist with press setup, including loading/ unloading of substrates, inks, anilox rolls, and printing plates Refill containers with cleaning solvents, water, fountain solution, and ink as needed Support required quality inspections and complete associated paperwork Aid in job cleanup, including cleaning ink pans and returning inks and tooling to proper storage areas Palletize finished product and manage waste disposal as required Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding machine operation and hazardous materials. Work closely with production supervisors, ink technicians, and quality control staff to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines Package finished goods into boxes, label and seal in a neat and clean fashion Remove finished rolls of products from press Clean out ink pans upon completion of printed jobs 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am-1:30 pm Requirements Technical aptitude & experience Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Willingness to help others on the team as needed Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a production setting. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of UV and water-based ink systems. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and 5S workplace organization What's in it for you?
