Evening Janitorial Cleaning Technician (Maumelle)

Arkansas Building Services is a professional, commercial janitorial service, and is taking applications for Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaners in the Maumelle area. We are a drug free work place and perform pre-hire drug tests. Also, a clear background check is required to be considered for employment with ABS. POSITION Part-time Evening Cleaning Technician JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES General office maintenance, including, but not limited to: trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms break rooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window washing, picking up trash outside, and changing light bulbs. POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED - Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starter - Show stable day-job work history - Good communication (verbal and written) skills - Must be able to work independently. - Must have reliable transportation to and from work - Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed. - Background and drug test required. - Applicants who have a day job are preferred. This is part-time work . ABS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis.
