Proven experience as a Receiver in a Warehouse Inventory Management Loading/Unloading Trucks Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, etc. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word Must be able to liftup to 70 lbs. Key Information: Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits include: Medical, Dental,and VisionInsurance Pet Insurance Participation in 401k Paid Holidays and Time-Off Hours: First shift Days: Monday through Friday Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (on-site) Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Receiving Clerk: Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips to ensure accuracy of goods received. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report findings and coordinate returns or exchanges with suppliers. Efficiently sort, label, and store received items in designated storage areas while maintaining an organized and safe working environment. Utilize warehouse management systems or inventory software to update and maintain accurate records of inventory. Operate forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely load and unload and move goods within the warehouse. Perform regular inventory counts and participate in periodic inventory audits to support accurate stock management. Physical Requirements for the Warehouse Receiving Clerk: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions.
