Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Locums - OB Hospitalist Opportunity - Near Dayton, Ohio

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible OB/GYN

• Active Ohio medical license required; IMLC not accepted

• Coverage needed November 27

• Potential for one additional coverage day , pending site confirmation

• Overnight shift: 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.

• Emergency privileges available

• Provide comprehensive overnight obstetric coverage, including:

  • OB triage

  • Labor and delivery

  • Antepartum care

  • Postpartum care

• Collaborate with onsite Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and provide clinical oversight as needed

• Cover four private practice groups , two of which have onsite CNMs providing 24/7 on-call support

• Reported delivery volume: approximately 45 deliveries per month

• Provide backup OB call support for the private practices

• No GYN call responsibilities - handled by the private practices

• Work with a collaborative team of OB/GYNs, CNMs, and other healthcare professionals

• EMR: Epic
