Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes, and report updates promptly to the charge nurse
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort
• Maintain accurate charting in the electronic health record and uphold infection prevention and safety standards

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Night shift availability; able to work 3 x 12-hour nights
• Local to Santa Fe, NM area (local candidate requirement)
• Ability to commit to a 12-week assignment
• Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in standard LTC practices
