DSP Float Position Connections in Ohio is seeking an energetic and passionate person who will provide supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our Cuyahoga County homes. For over 27 years, we have been helping people with disabilities live a more independent life in their communities. What a Day Looks Like Daily responsibilities include assisting with everyday living needs and helping individuals reach personal goals. Assisting each individual to reach personal goals or growth (e.g., help someone learn how to cook their favorite meal) Transportation to community outings (zoo, movies, grocery store) Assist with household cleaning Medical appointments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay rate* DSP Float $19.75 per hour, 2nd shift $20.75 per hour. Scheduling & Hours Part‑time: available to work 1st and 2nd shift (7 am‑11 pm) or 2nd and 3rd shift (3 pm‑8:30 am) and at least 1 weekend day. Guaranteed 16‑32 hours per week. Full‑time: available to work shifts as above with 6‑day availability including 1 weekend day. Guaranteed 36‑40 hours per week. Requirements 21 years or older. High school diploma or GED. Valid Ohio driver’s license (four points or less). Reliable transportation and auto insurance. Other Information Paid training and certification opportunities available.
