DOCUMENT PROCESSING CLERK-PM SHIFT

Job Description

ViaTRON is a leading Document Imaging Company with Offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Texas and Hawaii. We are growing rapidly and will be opening a new location in Pennsylvania. We are looking to hire and train individuals who are fast learner, energetic and can work with minimum supervision to join our TEAM. ViaTRON will provide full training.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

Required Skills

Detail Oriented
Fast Learner
Experience in operating Document scanner machine is a plus
Punctual
Ability to follow instructions

Job Description:

Remove staple wires, paper clips
Be able to lift 10-15lbs box
Fix ripped papers
Must neatly place documents back to boxes after prepping
Update tracking report accurately

DOCUMENT SCANNING

Required Skills

Very good Computer skills
Fast Learner
Experience in operating Document scanner machine is a plus
Detail Oriented

Job Description:

Set up scanning station
Feed documents into the machine
Watch images for quality control
Fix any image issue or scanner issue
Make sure all pages gets scanned
QC images, follow instructions provided

This is a Temporary position with full time hours working hours of 3PM-12:00MN (1hr Lunch Break) Must pass employee background check.
