Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions using diagnostic tests, thereby determining appropriate therapy protocols to follow.
• Oversee the administration of physical therapy treatments, ensuring compliance with care plans, while mentoring and guiding physical therapy assistants in their daily tasks.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic exercise programs that focus on pain alleviation, mobility enhancement, and restoration of functional capabilities.
• Advise on necessary adaptations to patients' home environments that support safety and independence, contributing to improved functional performance.
• Actively engage in collaborative discussions with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
