Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay based on experience Supportive leadership team Friendly, family-like work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Excellent benefits for eligible employees The chance to truly make a difference every single day What You'll Do Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assisting with meals and hydration Taking and recording vital signs as assigned Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift Policy Answering call lights promptly and providing compassionate care Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Assisting residents with activities and appointments Working closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team Following HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families Qualifications Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!
