Position: Entry Level Sales & Canvassing Representative
$150,000–$350,000/Year | Full Training | Hiring Immediately
We're a fast-growing storm restoration roofing company looking for outgoing, driven people ready to build a real sales career — no roofing experience needed. We'll train you. You bring the hustle.
What You'll Do- Canvass storm-hit neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
- Climb up and inspect roofs for damage
- Guide homeowners through insurance restoration and paperwork
- Close deals and earn serious commission
- Sales experience (any industry)
- Comfortable outdoors, canvassing door-to-door
- Comfortable on a ladder/roof
- Self-motivated and ready to work
- Uncapped earnings — $150K–$350K/year
- Full training provided, no experience required
