Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the long-term care side. This position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, updating care plans as necessary.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate in care coordination and support patient care initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Position Details
This is a permanent position offering 12-hour night shifts. A nursing staff member is going on paternity leave, and we are looking for someone to step in during this time.
