Job SummaryAre you a student or young adult seeking job experience? The City of St. Peters is currently hiring a Municipal Youth Assistant to support clerical and office tasks. This part-time opportunity is designed for individuals looking to build their professional skills in a welcoming, structured environment. Under immediate supervision, you'll perform routine office duties that require attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.Normal Shift: Monday through Friday; work days and hours vary based on candidates' school and activity schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with basic clerical functions such as scanning documents, shredding, filing, data entry, copying, and posting mailOperate simple office equipment relevant to your assigned areaHelp maintain a clean and organized work environment, restocking supplies as neededSupport additional office tasks as assignedFollow all established City safety policies and proceduresMinimum RequirementsMust be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.Must be between the ages of 15 and 23.Why Join UsThis is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a professional setting while giving back to the local community.
