Our client, a global SaaS/technology organization, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple business functions and regions. This role will focus on driving full-cycle recruiting and building strong pipelines to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and agencies
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, market insights, and hiring progress
• Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with hiring processes
• Track recruiting activity and deliver reporting/analytics
