Provide friendly and professional customer service both in person and over the phone. Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly. Assist with balancing cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to facilitate smooth customer experiences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in cashiering, preferably in an automotive or retail environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely. Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing. Frequent – Repetitive motion.
