Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data

• Administer medications, including cardiac drips (Insulin, Heparin, HR-based titration)

• Perform essential nursing skills such as: Trach care, Chest tube management, PIV insertion, Glucose monitoring

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

• Float across Med/Surg Telemetry units based on patient care needs

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

• License: Active RN license (state or compact)

• Certifications:

• BLS - Required

• ACLS - Preferred (EKG exam required during onboarding)

• Strong clinical experience in:

• Telemetry & cardiac monitoring

• High-acuity Med/Surg care

• Cardiac drips management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to float across units
