We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team as a Maintenance Associate. You will be responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors, staying on your feet and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift. What You’ll Do Maintain safety of the Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations. Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company’s Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring rotation, proper storage, and placing orders to replenish supplies.
