Sales Assistant

Join a Growing Architectural Products Manufacturer G&S Acoustics is a leading manufacturer of custom acoustical wall panels, ceiling systems, baffles, clouds, and specialty acoustical products used in schools, performing arts centers, offices, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings throughout North America. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales teams. This position is ideal for someone with construction, architectural products, interior design, manufacturing, or estimating experience who enjoys working with customers, reviewing plans, and helping projects move from concept to order. Position Summary The Sales Assistant works closely with sales representatives to prepare quotations, review project documents, coordinate information, and support the sales process. This position combines technical review, customer service, and inside sales responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Assist in preparing quotations and project estimates. Enter and maintain information within NetSuite and company systems. Assist with project takeoffs and quantity calculations. Prepare submittal and project documentation. Support outside sales representatives with project information and pricing. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, lead times, and project requirements. Assist with order entry and sales documentation. Qualifications Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is beneficial. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
