Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to complete residential maintenance and commercial repairs along local neighborhood routes. You’ll receive support from a dedicated dispatcher and shared scheduling team, along with a company van, company credit card, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional service backed by the “Done Right Promise.” This position pays $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential maintenance and commercial repair projects.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Communicate with customers and explain project needs, scope, and costs.
• Prepare job estimates and manage customer expectations.
• Document completed work according to established processes.
• Collect customer payments and request reviews when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and care for the company-provided vehicle.
• Work independently while coordinating with the dedicated dispatcher and shared scheduling team.

Required Qualifications

• Carpentry skills.
• Drywall installation and repair experience.
• Interior and exterior painting experience.
• Basic plumbing and electrical repair skills.
• Job estimation and customer service experience.
• Strong self-management and technology proficiency.
• Ability to document completed work.
• Own tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in handyman services.
