We are seeking skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technicians. These positions are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidates will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and equipment reliability.

Mechanical Maintenance

• Execute preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance work orders to prevent unexpected equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs on critical production equipment.
• Maintain standby equipment in optimal operating condition.
• Inspect and maintain rotating equipment, bearings, lubrication systems, and other mechanical components.
• Respond promptly to mechanical breakdown requests from Production Operators.
• Identify unsafe mechanical conditions and recommend equipment Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) when necessary.
• Identify and recommend mechanical spare parts required to maintain equipment reliability.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator.
• Support maintenance improvement and reliability initiatives as assigned.

Electrical Maintenance

• Execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance work orders to prevent equipment failures and production interruptions.
• Troubleshoot electrical failures and restore equipment functionality efficiently.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on critical electrical equipment and systems.
• Execute electrical improvement and safety-related work orders.
• Identify unsafe electrical conditions and recommend LOTO procedures when required.
• Identify and recommend electrical spare parts necessary for proper equipment operation.
• Monitor electrical systems and ensure equipment operates within established parameters.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience performing mechanical or electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Experience with rotating equipment, bearings, mechanical components, and electrical systems.
• Experience using SAP Maintenance or another Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Experience working in heavy industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Ability to respond to equipment breakdowns as needed.
