We are seeking experienced sales associates to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and product offerings.
- Assist customers in completing the sales process with confidence and efficiency.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective presence in the showroom and online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle specifications and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
