Male RBT- Fort Lauderdale-Afternoon case- Active boy-Drug Test

About the Role:

Autism Family is looking for a passionate and energetic Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with an active boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an afternoon case — a fantastic opportunity to make a real, meaningful impact in a child's life while doing work that truly matters.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Work one-on-one with an active male client with ASD during afternoon sessions
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
• Communicate effectively with supervising clinicians and family members regarding client progress
• Engage the client in fun, structured activities that promote learning and social development

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician) required
• Male applicants only, per client/family preference
• Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Energetic, patient, and able to keep up with an active child
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and available for consistent afternoon scheduling
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
