Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join our Tahoma Panel Replacement Services team. This unique position provides coverage for long-term assignments across our Tacoma, Steel Street and Puyallup Medical Centers.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals

New Incentives:

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $30,000

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree MD/DO Required
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
