Scope of Work Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate, and of high quality Act as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects of varying size and complexity Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work Manage project costs through effective planning and prioritization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, structural) from an accredited university; a master’s degree focused on civil or structural engineering is preferred 5+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management and diverse projects BIM (Revit) experience Proven ability to manage successful project teams Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projects PE or SE license Benefits Benefits are comprehensive, affordable, and flexible for each individual’s needs.
