Principal Consultants are expected to have a deep area of consulting expertise and a good understanding of the client’s business landscape. They manage the delivery of consulting solutions that achieve clear business value, may lead a team of consultants, manage quality and internal compliance, and close sales opportunities through their consulting expertise and client relationships. High personal billability is required. Role Purpose Lead as the QNXT Lead, managing product backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring alignment between development teams and stakeholders. Location: Long Beach, NY Responsibilities Expertise in payer ecosystem – Enrollment & Premium Billing, Medicare, 834 files Technical understanding of data models in healthcare applications – preferably QNXT SQL technical proficiency Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define user requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized. Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, solutions, and changes. Guide the development team by providing clarification on business requirements and functionality. Facilitate communication between development teams and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Provide technical insights on challenges and propose solutions that align with business needs. Qualifications 8–10 years of experience. Deep consulting expertise. Strong client relationship management. Leadership experience managing teams. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling. Experience with QNXT or similar healthcare applications. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000–$158,000, dependent on location, experience, and other factors. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
