Production Specialist PM : Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Specialists for PM shifts to work full time. As a Production Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing of cheese products including setting up and monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting, and providing feedback to leadership. Responsibilities of the Production Specialist PM:

• Rotate positions every 30 minutes; under supervision of the Team Manager and/or Team Leaders, perform basic operation of assigned packaging equipment and related computer systems — accountable for ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards
• Ensure continuous flow of product and monitor for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels; seek appropriate resources to correct and prevent issues in a timely manner
• Perform visual inspection for defects and rework or discard defective products based on procedures
• Set up, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance to packaging equipment
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracy
• Operate, inspect, and maintain forklifts
• Assist with training programs, monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, and data entry

Production Specialist PM Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience and/or training required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry
• Physical demands: lifting 20-50 lbs, climbing; ability to work in humid, extreme cold, and extreme hot temperature environments

Pay for Production Specialist PM: $21.25/hour + shift differentials.

Schedule: Train on AM's 6am-6pm for 3-5 weeks and will convert to PM's 6pm-6am once trained.
