Director ERP SC, Plan-to-Mfg

Johnson & Johnson

Director-level technology product owner for global Plan-to-Manufacture ERP systems at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson orthopedics business). Leads SAP S/4HANA strategy, implementation, and integration across manufacturing operations, reporting to the technology organization and partnering with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, solution design, and implementation of global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture processes
Serve as global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA template supporting production planning, manufacturing orders, MRP, and master data
Plan and lead programs consolidating ERP systems into global SAP template spanning manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and planning functions
Ensure ERP solutions support production scheduling, materials availability, manufacturing execution, inventory accuracy, and operational reporting
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and drive end-to-end process integration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
10+ years planning, architecting, and implementing global SAP S/4 planning and manufacturing solutions
Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA solution design for Plan-to-Manufacture or manufacturing processes
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Extended Warehouse Management
Experience integrating SAP with MES, advanced planning, PLM, quality systems, and warehouse management platforms
Leadership and team development capability across technology teams and system integrator partners
