Senior Account Executive
We are a specialized recruitment team focused on Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical leadership hiring across New England and the broader U.S. market. Our clients range from venture-backed startups and emerging manufacturers to industry-leading organizations in Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense, Automation, Robotics, Industrial Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing. We are looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to help expand our client portfolio, strengthen existing partnerships, and play a key role in growing our business.
Job Description
- Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering and manufacturing leaders.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and provide strategic talent solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.
- Stay informed on market trends within engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
- Consistently exceed sales and revenue objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in business development, staffing, recruitment, account management, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of developing and growing client relationships.
- A competitive mindset with a strong desire to exceed goals.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience within recruiting, staffing, engineering, manufacturing, or technical markets is a plus.
